Deliver your livestock to our facility within your set time block. 

Picking Your Cuts

Download the menu below or choose your cuts when you arrive. Questions are welcomed so feel free to discuss with our team if you prefer when your drop off the animal or animals. 

Pickup and Prep

We will notify you once your order is aged, cut and packaged. Items are sealed in heavy-duty vacuum wrap and labeled for easy storage.
